Directed pandemic operations, managed ICU services and successfully treated over 200,000 patients during the healthcare crisis. Before joining Badr Al Samaa, Dr James was the Internal Medicine Specialist of Atlas-NMC Hospital in Muscat from 2012 to 2022. During the pandemic, he was in charge of the intensive care operations and employed complex analysis to guide treatment decisions and provide optimal care as a Lead Physician. As the Director of COVID-19 operations, he played a major role in developing and implementing care strategies for three hospitals in Muscat and served more than two lakh patients during that time of crisis. To him goes the credit of managing 750 critically ill COVID patients in the ICU.
